Terms of Use for Online Classes

Welcome to CoachYou Classroom! These Terms explain the rules for joining and participating in our online classes and groups. By signing up, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Who Can Join
You must be 18 or older to sign up.
Parents or guardians may sign up on behalf of a child.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time you register unless we offer a payment plan.
Please make sure your billing and contact information is correct.
If payments are missed, your access may be paused or canceled.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Unless we say otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If we cancel or reschedule a class, you can get a full refund or transfer to another session.
4. Access to Class Materials
Class materials (videos, worksheets, downloads, etc.) are for your personal use only.
Please don’t share your login details or copy/redistribute class materials.
We may remove access if these rules are broken.
5. Our Content
All class materials belong to Natalia van Rikxoort, MSW, ACC of Lotus Life Coaching Services and CoachYou Classroom.
You can use them for learning, but you may not share, copy, sell, or reuse them without permission.
6. Technology Needs
You are responsible for having a working internet connection and device.
We are not responsible if tech issues on your end prevent participation.
7. Disclaimer
Our classes are for learning and personal growth. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for any damages or issues that may come from using our classes.
If we are found responsible, the most we will owe you is the amount you paid for the class.
9. Privacy
We collect and use your information as explained in our Privacy Policy [insert link].

10. Respectful Behavior
Be respectful in class and in any group discussions.
Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without a refund.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The newest version will always apply.
